Hooker 1 5'8" shorties

hey there,
I've been asking the same question for the last while and debating many different options. I talked to Chris at Jet-Hot and he told me that I could get Hooker 1 5'8" headers and y-pipe, fully ceramic coated with thier sterling finish shipped to my door(way up in Canada) for $520. It would be less for you if you live in the U.S.A. If you happen to order them, just mention that you get the CamaroZ28 discount and you'll save 20%! I think this is a good price for ceramic coated headers and Y-pipe, but that's just my $.02!
Later,
Tyler

Do a search on headers and youll see alot of different outlooks on what kind of headers to buy. The two top ones that i would say are good are the AS&M and the SLP headers.

There was a post about headers a while ago. Some "crazy" fella did this header list. It is the most comprehensive list on headers I have ever seen, so congrats Eyeoutthere!!
Check it out folks!

Personally I'd buy the new Jet-Hot long tubes w/emission fittings and coated inside'n'out! Give them a call!

The SLP headers are the most popular that we carry. They are available coated or uncoated and the installation kit is recommended. Pricing for the 1994-'95 cars is -

uncoated - $619.99
coated - $769.99

We are offering 10% off all SLP headers and exhausts through the month of April so that will save you some $.

Hope this helps,
Tom

My AS&Ms are great, but it seems by that list that long tubes are cheaper. Go figure. Get the longtubes.

I got the AS&M 1 3/4" mid's from tbyrne and i got to say they are good people. Dont remember what i payed unfortunately but i do remember it was not over 700 bucks as displayed in that chart. They are a good compromise between shorties and longtubes. IMO. They sound great with my cutout too!!!!!!!!

For the price I think MAC headers are probably one of the best ones out there.
