header help

heya guys, just found out i have a cracked manifold, i need some replacement headers, anyone have any ideas as to what would fit well?

should i buy a complete exhaust?

i still need to pass emissions each year.

not sure what car you have, but go ahead and buy either some edelbrock shorties or slp shorties. they will have all air stuff. doesn't hurt to have a catback either.

Yeah I wouldn't even mess with getting a replacement manifold. I would get some shorty headers. I have the SLP headers and I don't really like them. The plug access isn't good and you can only route the wires in the stock location easily. I don't know about Edelbrock as I have never owned or seen a set before. I would get Mac's if I were you. I have heard great things about them and they are actually a mid so you will get a little more power/torque.

you wont find any shorty header that will be easy to change plugs in.
