Header gaskets

will factory GM gaskets work with jet hot LTs? I used the ones that came with the headers and they burned through in 2 days.

I dont know if the 1406's he suggested are copper or not but if you dont want to replace them ever again go with copper or aluminum.

I used SCE copper gaskets. One very very small leak that you can't see. They work great.

From my research, guys have the least problems with copper gaskets. A lot of guys recommend the GM stock gaskets for MAC's, don't know if it would be different for LT's

Plus, I don't see how holes could be in the wrong place. The bolt holes can't move in the heads, so either the holes are in the wrong place on the headers, or I'm mis-understanding you. The GM gaskets match up to the current bolt holes on the heads right?
