Header/Exhaust checklist

Alright, I think i got everything here but i just need someone to verify. I was going to get kooks LTs and the TSP rumbler x true duals. So far i have:

1.Kooks "race" LTs with gaskets and bolts included.
2.TSP x system with band clamps included
3.LT4 Km
4.Tune out egr, air, and rear o2 sensors from madz28
5.Egr blockoff kit
6.And 2 12" flat pin o2 extensions

Is there ANYTHING else i would need? I was going to remove the air pump, anything i need to put in its place like a blockoff or something?
Thanks

Re: Header/Exhaust checklist

Only other thing I can think of is a cap for the hole in the air bellows where the AIR pump draws air from. I used a 3/8" vacuum cap and shoved it into the hole.

It's also a good idea to use this time to install new plugs and wires (if you haven't already decided to do so).

Good luck!
Thomas.

no you do not need an LT4 KM, and Im not sure about the blockoff plates because a guy in my club here gave me block off plates for my car because he has them made when he has extra scrap metal around

True you do not need the knock module, i'm just getting it reduce the chance of false knock. I believe that you will need the flat pin extesion for the front o2 sensors.
Thanks for the replies

his car is a '94 like my car so he only has one set(2) o2 sensors, there are no rear o2s because its od1, he will either need extensions or just some wire so he can splice the o2 wires. I just spliced the wires and added to each wire

I dont even think you need it at all. If your getting the madz28 tune, im pretty sure he desensitizes the knock module anyways, so an LT4 one would just be a waste after that.

Re: Header/Exhaust checklist

ahh ill just have the wires splicedinto then for the o2 sims and save me about $60 lol, that just leaves the egr block off plates... and yeah madZ28 does knock desensitization but i think the lt4 module takes that a step farther, but dont qoute me on that cause im not sure.
