Which Head Gaskets

ok, I'm building a 383 stroker and have a set of AFR190 Heads to go on it...The CR is 8.5-8.7:1 for the blower. I have a custom grind cam. Which head gaskets should i go with and why?Let me know if any infois needed to help me out. Thanks....

With such large chambers, even with a gasket thickness of .020" you're not getting enough compression, only 8.44:1. I wouldn't go less than .025" to make your quench at .035 assuming you meant that your deck height was 9.010 and not 9.1. That would make your pistons .010" in the hole. If you zero deck your block, you can also bring up your compression some. With a zero deck and a .029 gasket (from cometic), you're getting 8.46:1 compression. Do some research on quench, though, and see what you should run. I think .035 to .040 is best.

This is the program I used. You can also plug in your cam specs and it will give you the dcr calculations as well.
