Haven't started my car up in about two or three weeks

I haven't ran my car in almost a month I turned it on today and let it run for a bit I noticed a little bit of white smoke comming out of the pipes, is this normal?

Depends on how cold it is, how long it was run, how warm the engine got, how much humidity in the air...
Some vapor is normal, especially in the colder months.
