Just wondering if anyone is having bottoming out problems with hooker lt, if so I might get slp shorty's. I will also be doin the heads when money rolls in. But I dont know if the shorty's are good enough. Please let me know

 

i scrape fairly often on speed bumps. i have original stock 90k springs/shocks so that may be the problem, i dunno

 

Still on stock susp and Hooker LT's and no problems yet

 

Same here not one scrub yet. Maybe a itty bitty scrape which i never hear but i noticed a couple litte scrapes on the 3 bolt flanges that are on the collectors. The main thing that scrapes is my bullet mufflers.

 

Is there a huge difference in power between the slp shorty's and hooker lt

 

Yes, don't to it man. Mine scrapes every once and a while. You just got to take things at an angle. Mine scrapes alot if I have a passenger or 2.

wow i didnt know it would be that much a difference in power between the 2. its just the scrapping scared the crap out of me, in january i should have the money to do the heads thats why im asking because i heard that the slp shorties cant handle the heads. what about those mac midlenghts any good
