harmonic balancer question.

i went to change my belt today because it blew while i was driving and come to find out that the balancer (the largest circle in the middle of the engine) has a piece of rubber around it between it and a large piece of metal at went around it. well the larger circle is now loose, and im wondering if i need to replace that whole part or do they sell the rubber seal seperate?

Here's another option. Click on the bolts link on the left side of the page for new crank and balancer bolts.

Just had someone explain it to me at ls1tech. Sorry for the bad advise.
Would the ATI super damper be an option? It is far more expensive, but is it also underdriven?

ATI Super dampner is also underdriven I believe but regardless it is the best piece you can buy. If you have the cash you can't go wrong with the ATI piece!
