harmonic balancer pulley
how the hell can i get it off? i have been using the puller to get it off or crows foot which ever u want to call it but after 2 hours of trying ive had no luck can anyone help?

Have you searched about this? The question comes up all the time.
Are you using something inserted in the center bolt hole for the center post of your puller to push against? It won't work if you don't.
