Question Hard to start(sometimes)

I am the proud owner of a 94 A4 that I have taken extremely great care over the years. I have developed a problem when trying to start the car, with no pattern to the problem. The car may sit overnight, or for days and start perfectly(less than 2 seconds of starter turnover). Or it may sit the same amount of time and require me to turn the key to run(cycling the fuel pump) at least 2 times before the car will start. I have recently changed the plugs, wires, opti, waterpump, starter, coil and ignition module. These parts were replaced with Delco original OEM replacements.
I have checked the fuel pressure and it is consistantly at 40lbs or more, even WOT. The FPR has no gas in the vacume hose. When she starts, she runs as good as the day she was purchased, although there are 125,000 miles on her now.
Any and all recomendations of the problem and fix would be greatly appreciated. I am at a loss and would like to get the problem fixed.

Yet another case of the mysterious starting condition that develops on LT1s. The people on here that have dealt with this say it's the ignition switch, as for me, my new one is still sitting in my back seat waiting for a few good hours of daylight.

I'm hoping that's what my problem is. If it's not I'm taking it in and having some serious diagnostics run on it. It got a little worse tonight and decided it didn't want to crank a couple of times, wanted to stall, etc. etc...
