i have to put a lot of force in order to put my car into reverse...
It all happend when i was g-techin my car, and came back to meet my buddy's @ a local food joint
then we go out to race, there was a train crossing so i went across and i spun my tires on the track (accidentally) and since then its really tough getting it into Reverse!
ANy suggestions??

Is my clutch goin???
eveyr other gear works fine
no grinding in ANY of the gears

 

probably the reverse lockout solenoid

 

where is that located??

 

i believe it is on the drivers side of the tranny/

 

mine does the same thing...it is really really hard....but i chose to get used to it. It doen't grind or anything just takes some force. Good for those muscles!!

 

try putting it in 3rd then reverse

 

its still tough when i do that?
how can i fixx it?
just open up the shifter?
