Hard to get into gear.
I recently did a clutch install and had the flywheel machined. I didnt know i wasnt supposed to do that. Since then it is a little bit tough to get into gear, but its an intermitent thing, only does it about half the time. Seems like i remeber it doing it before the install, but not as bad.
How can i tell if the clutch hydrolics are bad? I already tried bleeding them.
If it ends up being the flywheel was machined to far how can i tell for sure.
Instead of replacing the flywheel could i just have a few thousands machined off that spacer that the slave cylinder bolts to? Seems like it would be a lot easier and much cheaper than a new flywheel.
i do not want to pull the tranny apart again, ive done it twice in the last month because of a defective clutch i recieved from mcleod.
