is it hard to change valve in the car?

is it hard to change valve in the car?
I know i have to put each piston to TDC so the vave does not fall. Where Can i get a spring tool? Is there anything else i need to know?

I take it all you want to change is the Springs? If so its not that hard, go to autozone get a loaner spring tool and thats about all you need.
