Had my GTP heads flown....

I had my GTP stage II heads flown last week. Dont have the whole run down at hand but they maxed out at 258/217...flowed stalled at .600

Didnt make to the advertised GTP flow numbers on the intake..but made up for it on the exhaust I guess.

Good luck with the stroker.

That sucks! what are you going to do? I thought GTP was the best. This is the first bad thing I have heard about them.
Goo luck with what ever you do.

about 255 and 195 are the #'s from the last set that I tested. He was not happy with the #'s but he was glad that he found the reason the car wouldn't run as well as he had expected.

What about the numbers below peak? Can you post the complete flow chart?
Not defending or condemning anyone... just would like to see the rest of the flow numbers.

What were you guaranteed the heads would flow?

Thanks.

Not all flowbenches flow the same.

I've seen heads that apparently flow 268cfm@.500 lift only flow 235cfm on another flowbench. Happened to me actually.

Also once you put the intake on it will restrict the intake flow alot more anyways. The intake doesn't flow nearly as well as heads do.
