First off...I love my camaro...only because I know this is the only car that **** happens to!

I have a 95 lt1. my pass. window didnt go down after the car sat for a day or 2. I popped off the switches to look at the wires. I pulled on the wires and pressed the button simultaniously, and the window went down. When I let go of the wires, the window wouldnt move!

what do you think can cause this?

 

If you can jumper power and ground to your window motor and it will go up and down (you have to reverse polarity to reverse direction), then I would say you have a bad switch (cheap to replace) or a poor connection at the switch.

 

the switch is brand new...

i think theres a problem with the wire harness...it seems to me that its probably touching somewhere and its grounding out...
