Guys with e-cutouts, In here

I just ordered my DMH e-cutout through the GP on our site last week, and I can't wait to get it. I was wondering were you guys that have electric cutouts put your switches. I couldn't really think of a good area in my TA to put it. Do any of you guys have pictures of were you installed your switches or could you take some pictures for me. Thanks

I'm going to take some plexiglass or something and put mine in my ashtray. I don't smoke, so mine just ends up catching all my trash or change or something. That way I can hide the switch, and I'll even have room for one or two more switches should I need them.

That sounds like a good idea. I don't smoke either, so the ashtray is a waste of space at the moment.

I don't have one yet, but I'm planning on getting one. Since I don't have rear defrosters, I plan on putting the switch where the defroster switch would be. I've even thought of wiring the cutout to a defroster switch for the ultimate hidden switch.

Since I'm tall and always have my seat completly back I didn't like the idea of the switch being mounted in the ashtray or by the TCS switch because I'd have to lean up to press it. Mine is on the side of the console(passenger side) just above the e-brake, and as far back as I could put it. Since I always have my hand on the shifter I figured this would be an easy place to reach it and if someone looks in my drivers side window looking at my interior they won't be able to see it. I'll try to get some pics in the next few days.

Ash tray is always a good spot. I had mine under the cigarette lighter. Easy to reach.
