I'm using a bored stock T/B now, but will be moving up to a 58mm AS&M one soon.

Have any power/times with your stocker?

I'm leaning towards the AS&M 58mm as well...

Unless anyone can convince me to go BBK or Holley. Doubtful.

I'm going to keep running my Holley 52mm unit. No complaints thus far.

If you have stock heads and plan to keep stock heads stay with stock TB but if you are going to get heads go with a 58mm you will think me later. I have read about this many times and I found that to get the max out of a head cam package you should go with a 58mm. Say you put a 58mm on stock set-up or even just bolt ons you will get min. gains. Stroker motors with head and cam really show results from this mod.

The gains even from 52mm-58mm upgrades on stroked, cammed, and head show very pleasing results

Looks like most people are using the 58mm tb...
Any proven gains from a 52mm to a 58mm TB? Anyone ever had it dynoed with the 52 and then the 58?

Thanks guys!
