Is green antifreeze ok for LT1s?

Is green antifreeze ok for LT1s?

My buddy just told me that the green would corrode the heads.If thats true which color and brand do you reccommend?

Ha! What on earth is the difference betwen LT1 heads and any other aluminum heads, I wonder? If it's 95 or older it came with green from the factory. 96+ came with dexcool, afaik. Just grab some of that new Prestone stuff that's compatible with everything, anyway.

As long as you doin't mix green and pinkish color one your ok.
