Well for 96-7 OBDII LT-1's there's LT-1 Edit and the new Tunercat.
You have to open the file into whichever program you're running.
I have the LT-1 Edit which I got before Tunercat for 96-7 was available. It comes with the ObdII Programmer which you would use to load Ion's program to your pcm.

no i have an OBD1 car and i cant figure out how to load it on the car. its been since last year since last year since i loaded my last tune. I know how tunercat for my car but cant figure how to load it up. Last time i loaded it up i didnt have a tuning program at all just what he sent me.
