Got my T56 install done yesterday!

Well, all in all, not too bad. Me and a buddy did that and a rear end swap (including swapping axles) in not too long. We ran into a few snags, mostly just not having everything we needed (misc. bolts/nuts) when we started. Wiring was a super easy, so was just about everything else.

One word of advice to those who are about to do this, lay something with some cushon over the seat studs. When your laying on your back pulling the column or installing the master cylinder or your trying to get up you will thank me. Those studs stab right in your back all the time.

Taking out the seats and the steering column aren't necessary... they were in the way somewhat, but it didn't bother me enough to take them out. To get the new pedals in there i just undid the bolt on the clutch pedal and installed the bracket with the other pedals (just twist them over the column and they'll fall into place), then bolted the clutch pedal back on afterwards. Not too hard and no "air bag" light on all the time.
