Got my new heads from Lloyd!

I'm not even going to speak about his costumer service, its TOP NOTCH! Best porter to deal with because he takes care of you! Never the less, Lloyd made this second set for me & here are the flow numbers:

.1 66.8/53.3
.15 102.5/79.4
.2 140.3/104.2
.25 164.8/131.1
.3 202.1/147.8
.35 225.5/160.8
.4 240.0/172.9
.45 257.8/182.0
.5 264.9/187.8
.55 266.4/193.5
.6 267.9/197.0

easier to read:

.1 66.8/53.3
.2 140.3/104.2
.3 202.1/147.8
.4 240.0/172.9
.5 264.9/187.8
.55 266.4/193.5
.6 267.9/197.0

Flowed at a different bench by Trevor Johnson intake only:

.100 67
.200 141
.300 202
.400 240
.500 264
.550 267
.600 267

Very consistant, ofcoarse there are a few differences in conditions

Look at the mid lift numbers which is what I wanted, I didn't want peak numbers since I'm concerned about horsepower not peak flow numbers, I wanted good mid lift.

LMK what you guys think!

Matt.

Thats cool, i hope you enjoy your heads.

LE seems to be a very reputable man, i have not heard one bad thing about his service or his knowledge.

And you have one sweet set up as well!!!! VERY impressive

I'm just really happy, the valve job looks killer also. I'm so happy about the midlift number, I know a long time ago I used to have GTP heads that flowed like 180cfm at .300 lift, these things are 202.1cfm @ .300 lift. The only other time I saw nice midlift numbers like that was on some high powered LT1s over 400RWHP N/A, I know flow isn't everything but when it comes to mid lift it means quite a bit even if not everything. I'm extremely happy, happier then the time I got his heads that flowed 287cfm @.600 cuz they only flowed 191 @.300 still awesome, but this time I told him what I wanted & he couldn't agree more & damb those things are nice! I'll prolly post up some pics if ppl wanna see them

Those numbers do look pretty good, hope you achieve what you are after. By the way do you have a price on the p&p job and the intake matching? One last thing, does he have a website or phone number he can be reached at? Thanks again and goodluck!.......John.

to go from 202 to 240 is awesome. youll love the mid range power and torque youll get from these! do you mind me askin what you paid for the p&p and matching intake? thats as good as numbers as ive seen on a $2000.00 set of aftermarket heads. good luck

well I think its $1200 for everything, intake port matching I'm not giong to bother with since the stock LT1 intake be its 92-95 flow more then enough but just gets some smoothing with a sandpaper roll so I didn't send him my intake mostly because of the extra shipping hassels. The heads are $1200 with everything including valves/porting/springs/machine work. Indeed those are nice numbers I'm extremely happy, I know what you mean about the midlift numbers being very nice for sure, his number is:

972-617-5671 ask for Lloyd.

When you talk to him mention to him you want nice midlift numbers & see what he can do for you.

Midlift numbers also mean higher peak Horsepower from the research I've been doing not just mid powerband because peak numbers don't mean anything really they are just nice to have hanging around, for my GM 847 with lift of 575/595 @ 234/242 durration, .500+ lift isn't that important anymore.

great midlift!!!.........cant wait to see what numbers you put down with the heads/cam in

im doing the same cam, with heads by jordon musser
up to .300 my intake is lower than yours, but my .400 and up is slightly higher.
my exhaust is a bit higher on all of them.

it will be interesting to see what our dyno numbers look like.
when are you installing everything?

im just waiting on injectors and a new clutch.
