http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v651/camzaro28/dyno.jpg[/IMG]]
my a/f starts at 12 and drops to around 11 and then comes back up to 12 near 5k rpm's. hopefully when that issue is resolved i can pull some more HP outta this LT1
p.s. click second http... first one does not work!
whatch yall think?

Re: got dyno?

Is that run with all the mods in your sig?

My car made a similar run, completely stock except for my air fuel ratio, it dipped to 11 and stayed there. The enrichment mode really runs our cars rich up top.

Re: got dyno?

i bet u have a 6sp. if not u have a freak LT1. i know my numbers are low, hoping for 285/310 once a/f is resolved. that was with unlocked converter as well.
i have been told countless times that i have a slow LT1, first few times to the track coudnt get any better then 14.5@95. so the car is weak.
dunno

Re: got dyno?

Ya it is a six-speed. I think my car makes some better than average numbers, but not quite a freak.

You definitly need to lock the converter, your power loss will be huge without it being engaged.

Good luck

Re: got dyno?

Hey blazer 4.3: I made 275hp 306 tq with CAI, Mac midlenth headers, and cutout, so you should be able to get at least that since you've got longtubes. BTW, my car was an auto when I dynoed this. Get the A/F to 12.5-13 and you should make somemore power.

Re: got dyno?

well i am tryin to figure out what the reasoning is for how rich it is running!
i think it is one of 2 things or both! one is blown header gasket, suckin in air when the maf isnt reading it, then the o2's seeing more air then what the maf read. and the other is the descreened maf. heard that will do it. but a new maf is a lil expensive.
and i seen u up at FS as we were about to head out. how is the conversion treatin ya?

Re: got dyno?

A descreened maf, if anything will lean up your car. O2's will only affect part throttle driving since at WOT you are in open loop (not using O2's). It sounds like you just need a good tune.

My conversion is finished in 1 day about a week ago . The M6 is so much better than the A4 in my oppinion. Everything went really smooth and there wasn't anything to dificult at all.

Re: got dyno?

It definitely feels/is faster. Then again, my auto slipped like a mo' fo' and i could never go above 5k without it completely slippin. That had been goin on for about 6 months. Now I'm actually putting all the power to the ground w/ no slipping I will be getting the car dynoed in about a month when the car club has a dyno day at Next Level Performance. I won't be headin to the track until I get a short throw shifter because finding 3rd right now is a 50/50 chance. I have the stock shifter in now that is VERY sloppy and worn out.

Re: got dyno?

BTW, whenever I go to the track I'll let ya know. It'd be a good race between me and you. I see your best is 13.09 @ 104. Mine w/ the slippin tranny was 13.3 @ 104 with a crappy 60'.
