A good head and cam package

I have a 1996 camaro lt1 with only 22,000 miles on her.I have all the bolt on like headers catbacks 373 gears, cold air induction and more.I would like to reach the 400hp or at around 380 mark, but here is the kicker I would like to keep the cam lope down to about a stock cam sound if possible.

Re: A good head and cam package

I sincerely doubt you'll see 380-400 rwhp without some cam lope. You're looking to add almost 200hp, at the flywheel, and that comes with a pretty good size cam.

If you actually want a stock style cam lope you might want to think supercharging or turbocharging....you can use the stock heads and cam.
