Gonna fire up the new engine sunday ...

I would like to know if you guys think this thing will run (at all) on a factory tune. It's a 96 355 Lt1. I wont be using the post cat o2s (unplugged). Had to leave out the cps wheel due to true roller. And Im leaving the Air pump on the bench. Anything that Im not using (all of the above) Im leaving unplugged. Unless you guys have any other suggestions. Also running 28 # injectors. Any input?

It will fire and run, only thing you'll get SES light.

Hell, my last motor, a 383 ran on the stock tune... although not very well, it was good enough to get it to the dyno shop for a quick baseline tune..

It will run.. Hell, you only added 5 c.i. I added 33c.i. and was running 30# injectors.. Got no lights either, but it is a 95

I dont think it'll run w/o the crank pos. sensor in there. worst case scenario is you'll have t convert to obd1, but thats really easy w/a obd1pcm and custom tune.

It will run without the cps sensor because all that does is detect misfire. I'm running without one and still OBDII, and I have that programed out to not have the SES.
