going to Seafoam my car tommorow...

Im going to do the Seafoam treatment tommorow, so what all do I need to watch out for? My O2's only have about 3K miles on them so should I take them out and put the old ones in for a hundred miles of driving or so? Also, how long/miles do I drive around before changing my oil 500miles?

Don't waste your time and don't do it if you have cats.

I did the seafoam treatment 2 years ago by adding seafoam through a vacuum port, took out both my O2's and clogged cat converter.

Update. Ive driven my car for about 150 miles now after the seafoam treatment and I swear my car is driving worse than before I did it. It was driving really good before the treatment so I decided as a reward I would treat my car to a good intake cleaning with the seafoam and know its got a little stumble(worse than before) at idle and just doesnt seem as powerful. Im going to change my oil tommorow and pull/check the O2's as well, so hopefully that will fix it.
