Going from ported & descreened back to stock

I finally found a used MAF with low miles. I'm going to replace my home ported and descreened MAF with the untouched unit. I never experienced problems with my modified MAF. With that being said; will I see any differences in the way my car will perform with the stock MAF? Do I need to get it tuned again?

If your tune did not make allowances for the altered MAF, you should not need a re-tune. Not sure what difference you will feel, but you might see some difference on the fuel trims.
