Going with Dynomax Super Turbos on The True Duals

Well on my true duals (H Pipe) with basically some off brand bullet style mufflers sounds like crap to me, it only sounds good at wide open throttle, its loud and rough sounding at idle. I bought a pair of Dynomax Super Turbos to put on the end, with some turndowns, just wondering if anyone else has used these, and what are your opinions, I am sure it will sound much much better, not to mention quieter...thanks

I had the 2 1/2' true duals w/dynomax,but later redid the whole thing w/3' X-pipe and dynomax turbo's (the orig. 2 1/2 system sounded great!,but I wanted bigger)but I gained nothing on the dyno! guess what??? they both neck down to 2 1/4 ID internals, needless to say off they went and on with borla bullits, still havent been to the dyno yet!,it may be a liitle bit louder but it sounds awsome!!!!!! wanna buy the dyno's

also try taking a look at the edelbrock rpm series mufflers. supposedly pretty quiet, and aren't all that big, so you might be able to gain some ground clearance, if that matters to you. decently priced as well, ans flow pretty damn good.

Ya, I will see what I can do, those dynomax Mufflers that I have I got brand new fro cheap, they are relatively small, so ground clearance shouldnt be a problem...

How do the super turbos flow? Judging by the cutaways I've seen, they don't look like they would do that well. Personally, I'm thinking of going with Ultraflos, you can see right through the sum'bitches.

try placing something about 2 1/4 inside the intake-exit, wont go very far will it?!!!! the 2 1/2----3'dynomax turbos have the same flow ratings!!! might as well use 2 1/4dia. exhaust tubing!
