Going from 4.10 to 3.73?

Took the my girdle off today. I stopped driving the car because of the noise from the rear end... I open it up and to no surprise i see 8 pinion teeth gone, and 7 ring gear teeth gone!!! So gonna get Richmond 3.73's no more 4.10's...and a fresh tranny rebuild to compliment the new rear end..
Good Idea? I have a poweradder.. and would 3.73's be good or should I go 3.42?

I would say go with a 3.42 gear depending on your setup. What is your setup?? I would stay away from Ricmhmond gears. They whine like crazy. I would recommend going with a Strange Gear.
