Re: Gm847

Do you have head flow #'s. Ya would be better off with a cam that compliments your set up than a 847.

Re: Gm847

i wish, i was going to pull them off this winter but i am not sure, i really want an LE3 setup but am going to need a 12bolt and clutch as well, they are mildly ported with a 3 angle valve job and the car has full bolt ons. With the cam that is in the car now it gives up on the top end and i am sick of winning races till 100 then getting walked past. I want something that will put a smile back on my face for a while because i am getting beat by a freind 347 stang and a turbo cavi on the highway.

Get Bret Bauer to build ya one Or I can get ya one but I have to have flow # to get it spot on,otherwise it is a best guess through experience.

Re: Gm847

i plan on getting a custom cam when i actually get some "real" heads but i have heard of people making some decent power with a good tune on this cam.

Since it is a GM cam, you can get it from...well...GM.

12370847 is the part number.
