Exclamation GM has discontinued the 95 opti cover!

Just got off the phone with Jason Cromer after ordering parts. He just told me that GM has discontinued the 95 opti cover along with the opti vent tubing!
He said he can still get me that parts but I guess it's first come first serve for the leftovers. Not good for people like me with 94 fbods that want to convert over.

This news goes along with a " while supplies last" listing next to the LT1 in the GMPP catalogs. I guess a fact us LT1 owners will need to get used to.

There are other sources for the same part still out there. ie Summit shows the AC Delco D8301 for the moment, even though they have to be ordered. Not sure about Advance Auto, none in stock anywhere.

Then there are aftermarket units still available at places like Napa. pn MPE RR218SB
Or even Summits own SUM-G5241 which I personally have used and had no trouble with.
