I dont think the cam matters wheter you use S/A or not rockers. You will need guideplates and such though.

i thought you only used guide plates if you have the non self aligning rockers? im not sure just think i read it somewhere before. and the reason im asking i also read that you need the non s/a rockers for high lift cams..or does that mean really high lift? sorry for all the questions but i dont wanna build a time bomb lol

Yeah I think you only need guideplates for ns/a rockers, which would make sense since self aligning dont need to be "guided"? but maybe im wrong. No sense in buying stuff you dont need though, so wait until you figure it out

I think most people would recommend non self aligning rr's for that cam because they are more.... or maybe less.... and thats where my sentence dies

You dont use guideplates for self-aligning. I would recomment the 7/16 non self aligning for that cam with guideplates and 7/16 studs, becuase non-self aligning are more stable at higher rpm's.

I think I worded my first reply wrong when I re-read it. But it has already been straightened out about the rockers. Sorry.

You must ask for Jason, its Cromer (no "H" in his name) and tell him you heard about him on the internet.
