getting sick of this car!
more of a vent... i managed to fix my lifter issue and got my valvetrain fixed, car was running great!! few miles down the road it starts blowing oil... its literally 1 thing after another, i havent even got to enjoy this car. heres a time line of anger..
bought car didnt run
got car running ran decent and i also had to un freeze the clutch, grenanes rear end normal driving... put new axel under it, that rear end gives out, took rear out of my Z, now holding strong
put car on dyno to finish the tune, P1SC grenades
replace with F1A, car runs great for 3 days after tuning (tune is perfect and AF ratios are very safe)
clutch gives out, while clutch is gone drive shaft loop comes loose and takes out aluminum driveshaft
took T56 out and put in 700R$ from my Z... works great car is in perfect harmony for 24 hours
next day 2 rockers randomly come loose, finally got that fixed correctly, 5 miles down the road car is blowing oil and hammering with no oil pressure...
worse part of it is the only hard pulls this car has ever seen was on the dyno...
so heres a note to others... NEVER BUY A BUILT CAR!! your buying someone elses problems. ive literally had to rebuild this built car from the ground up from day 1 from electrical, to gaskets improperly installed to other things installed backward (in my case PCV system was backward) i am aware that when you buy something whatever happens is on the new owner but damn i have more into fixing and replacing than i paid for this 30th! after i rebuild the motor the only thing left the previous owner did is the C5 front brake conversion and im just waiting for that to fall off!
ive put less than 1000 miles on the car in 2 years because of these constant failures...
