getting off the line

Im having trouble lanuching my car and just getting good starts my friend who has a stock 94 a4 almost beat me because of the advantage he got from the start i have a m6 what is a good way to launch ie , good rpm range how muc to let off the clutch etc.

Anything around 2,000 rpm or higher will work, but it's up to YOU to find that sweet spot between slip and spin. There's too many variables, like tire grip, road surface, etc. Practice and find out yerself.

No one answer will be right. We know as much about the tires you're using as we know about what kind a mods you have. You'll need to just try lauching at different RPM's and finding which one is best. Lauching higher...feathering the clutch....riding the clutch.....dropping it. Then you have to take into account the track conditions....VHT and such. Just go out and try try try.

possibilites with m6 are endless... its fun to learn to launch, as well as good/advanteagous (will give u advantage on launching races as you know)

dont rev upto like 6K on stock clutch tho
