There are some little things you might want to get...

gaskets(the ones that come w/ the headers suck)
bolts(stage 8 locking may be worth it)
new o2's in the front
o2 sims in the back(depending on year of course)
o2 extendes(depending on how lazy you are)

You'll also need a y-pipe or have one custom made. Your car is OBDI, so you won't need O2 sims. The rest of what's listed above looks good.

im halfway through my install right now.......heres what i got

necessary:

felpro header gaskets (1406 i think from summit)
collector gaskets (summit)
LT4 Knock module (from jason chromer)
custom y-pipe
stage8 locking header bolts (from speed Inc)

optional:

new autolite plugs (why reuse plugs when theyre so cheap)
EGR blockoff plate (from angie at thunder racing)
24" O2 extensions (from MASC performance)
modified PCM via pcmforless (from MASC)
new moroso plug wires (from MASC)
DEI aluminized heat sleeves to protect plug wires (summit, only $7 for set of 4!)

i think that was it.

Cool so ill need to get new o2 sensors? Also I am undecided if im gonna use nitrous or not so as far as plugs go if I got TR6 plugs for the nitrous how would that effect things off the nitrous or even if i ended never using nitrous and selling it and just getting 4.10's put in?

If you use the nitrous, you'll want the nitrous plugs, but since you'll have headers it shouldnt be to hard to change to the other plugs later when/if you put the nitrous on it....i would go with the stock heat range plugs now(dont get bosch...dont ask).......then uograde later if you so choose, you'll loose a little hp from the colder range plugs but not drastic though.

The Jet-Hots come with bolts, header gaskets, and collector gaskets. I used the gaskets and bought ARP header bolts. They are still very tight and have been running with them for about 2 weeks. You'll need 2 O2 extensions. I'm still on stock O2s and alright, its not necessary to change them yet but its up to you. I will be changing mine at the end of this year. I used NGK TR-55s with taylor OVC wires and looms (kit from Thunder Racing). I'm not familiar with N20 and the TR6s so I cant help you there but people dont ride the juice every single time they're driving the car so I'd assume you would be perfectly fine even if you never used the juice.

the tr55's are stock heat range......if you switched back to the stock heat range blugs fromt the 6's you would see a slight slight hp increase, maybe a little MPG, but definetely not huge by any means or SOTP.

TR-55s are stock gap, stock heat range. Running TR-6s shouldnt be bad. I'd prefer the best plug setup adapted to my needs which is the TR-55 stock everything, but the TR-6 shouldnt hurt I would think unless someone proves me wrong.

Hey anyone know exactly what header gastkets to use there are 1407 and 1406 that may work from summit, also what about header wrap it may keep the coating good for longer and reduce heat under the hood are there any downsides? and im gonna need 2 o2 extentions but what length should I get 12, 24, or 36? then just stage 8 locking header bolts, plugs wires and sleeves... How much are o2 sensors and how do I know if they need to be replaced my car runs fine BTW...

2 24" o2 extensions. If your o2s are ok and car runs fine, dont worry about it. Dont fix it if it aint broke right?
