Getting after market SLAVE CYLINDER
Getting after market SLAVE CYLINDER
Hi Guys...
I'm replacing my slave cylinder and have found one at Advance Auto...
Made by True Torque (never heard of 'em) for about $45...
Anyone ever heard of these or have another slave cylinder recommendation?
Thanks,
TDOG

i have never heard of them. however, gm does make two slave cylinders. i am not sure the exact difference but i could find you both of the part #'s is you like. you can then go to a dealer or research yourself on them. i do know the gm units come with the slave and master cylinders with lines and full of fluid. all you need to do is uninstall yours and put the new one on.

I spoke with a McLeod Industries rep last week about a slave cylinder, and was told that they have one in the works that should be out in a matter of a few months. It's not their top priority because of some LS1 stuff being developed, but it's still being worked on. I believe he told me by the end of the year it should be out.
