Gettin XE230/236...I need to know what springs, lifters, retainers, etc...

I'll be ordering my XE230/236 tonight hopefully. I'm not very familiar with cams and all the valvetrain stuff. I will be leaving my bottom end stock for now and I dont want to be revving very high so I think this cam will be a good choice for me.

Anyways, I don't want to be taking my heads off to get them machined for dual coil valvesprings, so I need to know what are the strongest single coil valve springs for the stock LT1 Heads (I have heard K-motions are very good but I don't know where to find them). What rocker arms should i go with? I also need all the little stuff like retainers, locks, and all that good stuff.

Anyone out there with this cam, can you give me a list of all the parts you bought with yours?

I want to get mostly everything from Summit so obviously part numbers would be great. Thanks for the help.

The CM 612 springs from CMotorsports would work.

Single spring good to .600 lift.

Oh I've been told to go to them many times and I will probably end up doing that. But I would think they would be more expensive. I'd definitely like to save a few bucks by putting the package together myself.

A list of parts by anyone who successfully installed a XE230/236 in their car with stock heads would be very appreciated.

Keep the opinions coming. Thanks!
