gear Change

If I were to add 3.73 gears would I have to recalibrate my speedo? If i do, is there someone who could do it? Like a dealer or shop?

Yes, you do need to recalibrate your speedo. I'm not sure who could do it for cheap, since I haven't done this yet, but you'll probably get a few replies to this to help out.

Probably the best option would be to buy an SLP speedometer calibration box.

I'm pretty sure you can do it with the Hypertech Programmer. Of course that will cost you $349.00 . Maybe you can find someone in your area who you can borrow it from. But for 3.73s, this is an option.
