The passenger side valve cover is getting covered in oil around the filler neck.
Is there supposed to be a gasket there? Or is there possibly something wrong with my pcv valve that is not allowing the pressure to escape causing the oil to push past the threads in the oil filler neck?

I believe that there is suppsed to be an o-ring on the cap and at the base of the filler neck.
