A gas smell

Its not the canister that only 6 months old but he dealer said my 02 sensor was leaking and some air duct part cost $106. Anyone know what he's talking about? The EEC line ?

Go tell the dealer their full of shat. O2 sensors dont leak and the only way any exhaust could come out of the O2 hole is if it is cross threaded in there. Your probably running rich which causes a gass smell which could mean a bad O2 sensor, but not a leaking one.
