Gas in the oil... tried everything... Help!

Re: Gas in the oil... tried everything... Help!
here's the thing, if you have a lot of miles, yes you will have a little blowby in a high compression / high performance vehicle like you have. when you first fire it up, it'll be in closed loop throwing who knows what kind of fuel down the throat cause it isn't checking the afr at that time. you will get a little gas smell to the oil.
Are you driving this car short distances? if so, the oil isn't getting warm enough to "burn off" any fuel / vapors that got trapped in it. that could be another reason for the increased smell of fuel.
Sounds like you've covered all the bases besides that. Run it till it dies, gives you a good excuse to rebuild it / build it.
One other thing to check, when you had the intake off, did you happen to look at the pan on the bottom of the intake or look at your intake runners to see if they looked suspiciously clean? that would tell you that you have a gas leak, if nothing caught your eye I wouldn't worry about it.
good luck man.
