I keep seeing people with engines heavily modded or some engines way bigger than mine and getting a lot better MPG. I know my engine has 111k miles on it but I still should get better mpg than 11-12 in the city. What else other than the plugs, wires, opti and O2 sensors will effect this? I mean if a CAI is suppose to help mileage id hate to see what would happen if it wasnt there. Fuel filter has been replaced recently too. Thanks for advice.

 

I don't like to use the 'city' figure all that much. There's so much more going on during stop and go driving that it's always so inaccurate. What do you get for highway?

 

I havent ran it just down the highway for a tank but I know a mix of highway and city at best has been 15.
