gas mileage FI vs NA

I was attempting to factor in gas mileage in two options for a project with my transam. Was looking for other peoples opinions on this:

1. 396, 11.7:1 compression, AI ported 215rr, hogans intake, solid roller 260/268duration, .680/.680 lift, 108lsa, 6sp with 3.42s.
I was guessing around 8mpg city and 16highway.

2. 383, 8.5:1 compression, AI trickflow proted heads around 275 @ .600 lift., ported lt1, 219/219duration, .590/.590 lift, 115 lsa, t76gts turbo, a2w intercooler, 1 3/4 primaries, and all 3.5inch piping. 6sp with 3.42s
I was guessing around 15city, and 23 highway.

---> all of this with very sane driving habits

Thanks for all of ya'lls thoughts,
Tony

option# 2 will give you the best gas mileage as long as your not alway in it. I dont think option#1 is going to be that radical in gas mileage. Granted, its alot of cam but still, when you get it all tuned and what not you should still get at a minumum of about 17 city and 21-24mpg highway.
