First off, it's "farad" a ferret is a furry woodland creature Secondly, GET RID OF THE DAMN TORNADO!!!!!

Just messing with ya about the tornado thing, although I wouldn't be caught dead with one. Last I checked I got 17.7 mpg. That sucks. Yours is worse, there is either a problem with some sensors in your car or your foot is too heavy.

Yup they scammed you, you could have bought the SpiralMax for 69.95 and saved yourself 10.05$. Once you've removed the tornado and if the car still runs rich, I'd suggest hooking it up to a scanner and read your sensor values and fault codes. There are alot of things that could cause bad gas milage in an LT1. You could throw parts at the car all day long and still not fix it unless you know exactly whats wrong.

I also heard that gas milage can be affected by your sig length j/k

Your best bet would be to get it on a scanner so you can see if any of the sensors are reporting readings that are out of whack. A bad MAP sensor can cause poor gas mileage and sluggish performance, but don't just throw parts at it, get some info.
