Gains with 1.6 full roller rockers and lt4 springs?
Well let me try and regurgitate what a head porter told me about gasket matching on an lt1 . Apparent where the head and intake meet is close enough in size and shape already and it isnt the big restriction that needs to be dealt with first. Apparently when ony gasket matching you will cause an expansion just right there and the path the air flows from the intake to combustion chamber needs to be relatively the same size all the way through and gasket matching will cause an expansion for the air in that area then the runner will get smaller shortly after. Something about this can lead to turbulence and a break downof flow characteristics.
Im sure I said that wrong, so hopefully llyod can chime in

I'm sure Lloyd knows tho.....send him a PM
match the gasket to the head and to the intake manifold... make it all smooth.. provided you do it evenly (no massive dips, uneven cuts) there shouldnt be an issue.
