Funky noise from rear

Funky noise from rear

When I am driving I can faintly hear a noise from the back of the car that sounds like something rubbing. It also does this if I am parked and I give it gas, eliminating the tires rubbing on something. Any clue what this might be?

Cool

Might spray some wd-40 on those things(cant' remember what they are called right now),that hold the muffler to the body.Those little hook things holding up the exhaust system on the left and right side.Hope this helps.

I checked today and it sounds like the exhaust like you said, I'll have to check it out when its warmer tomarrow. Its damned freezing out right now, so screw that. Thats for the info, I do believe your right.
