Schrader valve bung is leaking on the rail itself due to bad tranny mount and rail mounted psi gauge that smacked under the damn dash. Somebody please tell me if this can be fixed and if not where can I get a new rail

 

Take the rail off and have a competent aluminum welder repair it for you.
