im getting ready to have it dyno tuned locally but i have this itchin suspition that she is running at too high a DC so i was thinking of goin with SVO 30#'s and a racetronix fuel pump.

Re: fuel injector sizing

You can make 425FWHp with 30lb'ers@39PSI with a 88.5% duty cycle
You can make 500FWHP with 36lb'ers@39PSI with a 86.8% duty cycle.
450FWHP@45PSI 30lb'ers-- 88.4 duty cycle.
Soooo if you can get the fuel pressure up you could go up on HP quite a bit.

The 30's and the Racetronix pump kit should be fine.

Re: fuel injector sizing

Joe, More performance sells the Racetronix pump and wiring harness for $220. I emailed Thunderracing telling them that More sells it for that price and they price matched them. I think Thunder sells the kit for $250-60 ish. Get the Ecut out from DMH, he has a 4 year warrenty on them. The 30lbers i would suggest checking stang forums as you can get used SVO 30lb ones there pretty damn cheap.
