fuel injector leaking after fuel pump install, need help ASAP

okay, so i just installed a racetronix pump with the the harness to replace my stock one that died a few months back. had a small wiring issue with one of the plugs, but thats taken care of.

so i go to prime the pump and build pressure and i start smelling fuel immediately. i look under the hood and the first 2 injectors on the drivers side are leaking/spraying fuel out of them. im pulling the rail as i speak to check the O-rings. i did notice the injectors are a bit loose but its been years since ive had the top end of the car off so i cant remember if its normal for them to have a bit of wiggle to them or not.

i reeeeaallly need to get this thing running and doing so safely today any help i can get would be great.

thanks

Regulator first to make sure pressure is right. Then o-rings may have dried and shrunk. The injectors should be a little loose to spin but not grossly loose with wiggle. They also should not be to tight when replacing the rail otherwise you are slicing the o-ring into two pieces.
The o-rings run about a buck a piece, so 16 total upper and lower.

Stock is none adjustable and regulator is the first thing I would look at with an issue like that unless o-ring failure is right there in your face. What's the psi on your new pump?

It is very unlikely that you do not have a fuel pressure regulator so I am sure you are mistaken.

The injectors can wiggle a bit in their bores but if the o-rings are shot then they'll wiggle much more.

im thinking its got to be the rings, they wiggle a **** ton right now compared to what they used to. the car has sat all winter so im guessing that didnt exactly help things either.

im installing them sometime this week (raining so cant do squat with it now) so hopefully
