I just left mine. They aren't really that noticable. The black plug sounds like a good idea. You could use some black RTV to fill them, or you could sand it down, fill them with a filler, then repaint that area. I say either the plugs or RTV myself.

I kinda like the way those plugs look. I may grab some myself next time I'm at an auto parts store. You not ever drag that tag pulling out some places?

I was able to use like 1/4" black plugs I got from the hardware store. I think they just gave them to me if I remember correctly. They are much smaller then the plugs in the pic. It looks fine.

Question Front License Plate Bracket

Hey, want to get rid of that front license plate bracket for a few bucks? I bought my 94 Z from out of state, where apparently a front license wasn't required. Unfortunately, I live in Calif, where the cops are already starting to hassle me to put the front plate on. I would like to procure a stock front license plate bracket, but don't have any idea where to find one. I konw I can fabricate one myself, but I would just prefer to use the one that Chevy used as original equipment. If you're interested in making a deal, reply to this post. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Joseph

On my white car I cleaned up the holes, filled them with spot putty, twice, sanded, a little white tuch-up, clearcoat, 1200 grit final sand and then buffed. LOOk, they are gone.

The plugs come in white too. Check the electrical section in the hardware store.

I used epoxy steel putty to fill my holes. a little paint and it looks OK.

Mount the plate to the front air dam.

black silicone

use black silicone . squeeze it into the holes and take a puddy knife to smooth the excess. no painting required. ..... just my so many cents it takes to purchase a small tube of silicone.

I tried the RTV and it dosent react very well with the plastic.....I would go another route other than it.
