I had my 383 internally balanced...Looking at my front balancer it has a small weight on the outer ring..Im assuming this nuetrally balances the fron balancer?
Reason I ask is my balancer seems like it wobbles ever so slighty..Do I need to pull the small weight off?

The weight was there for the original engine. Now that you have made changes, it has no real value.

If the thing visibly wobbles, I would think something else is wrong with it. You might consider replacement. There should be no wobble that a little weight could create. Perhaps the outer ring is separating from the inner portion.
